No Frills Mountain Bike Racing is for 13yo and older Male and Female Riders. The focus is on fun and gaining skills through a typical club racing format. These races involve Mountain Bikes and E-Mountain Bikes only. This race is part of the 6 Race Summer Series held at the You Yangs Mountain Bike Park

Adaptive Riders are welcome to race in all our events. Although we do not have enough entrants to create a separate category at this stage, adaptive riders are eligible to compete in whatever grade they feel suit their ability level. We are always considerate of the needs of the adaptive rider and will do our best to run courses that also cater for their needs as well as the rest of our members. As an adaptive rider if you can let us know in advance then we can also alter our courses even more to cater for your needs

• Race 5: No Frills Friday 13th March 2026 (Stockyards)
• Race 6: No Frills Friday 20th March 2026 (Kurrajong)

• Cost:
  • GMBC members: $15 per race
  • Non-Members: $20 per race
  • Juniors Under 19: $5 per race
• Online entry only: no on the day entry.

We Race for Chocolate – 1st, 2nd and 3rd podium places are awarded for all grades
