GMBC is hosting a social ride to check out some of Forests trails on Sunday 18 January 2026.

We’ll tailor the format of the day depending on people’s interests, but will ride some of the famous trails involved with the Otway Odyssey MTB Marathon races.

Details:

Open to anyone 13 years or older (you don’t have to be a GMBC member) Sunday 18 January 2026

Meet at 10am at Southern Trail Head – Forrest. Located along Forrest- Birregurra Rd.

Approximately 1.5 – 2 hours (course starts and finishes at car park, so feel free to drop at any point) Bring a mountain bike (any type will do so long as it is in working order), helmet, water/hydration, snacks/nutrition, bug spray and sunscreen, appropriate clothing – Lycra not mandatory.
