SUMMARY:GMBC Young Guns December 2020 Social Ride
DESCRIPTION:Calling all Young Guns!!\nAfter an extended absence we are looking to re-ignite this program as it has always been popular with our 13-18 year olds. It has been a pathway for development for teenagers in the sport of Mountain Biking and is a great way to have some fun within a group environment with like minded people.\nWe are squeezing one ride in this year before having a more consistent monthly group rides in 2021.\n\nOur focus for the young guns group will be a back to basics theme. Based around having some fun group rides and developing some basics skills, confidence and knowledge around riding equitette. It will not be based around development towards racing.\nOur First and last ride of 2020 will be the following:\nDecember 12th 2020\n10am-12pm approx\nMeet at Kurrajong Picnic Area\nRide Leader: Chris Pearce\nRide Support: Connor Pearce\nRide Focus – Bike / Gear check, Trail familiarisation and riding etiquette, fun finish and meeting new people\nPlease arrive 15 minutes early, bring an appropriate bike, protective gear, Australian standard helmet, puncture kit, snacks and water for 2 hours of riding.\n\n
